Here is how it looks like: I use the word 'pseudo' smart card, because as you can see, it is not really one.
In my case, it was a pseudo smart card you have to refill with money (to the concierge) every time it gets empty. We have different systems to pay: (pseudo) smart card, coins, etc, it depends on where you live. Once every other week, you can use it to wash your clothes. Where I live, there is a room with the laundry machine.
